Cancellation Policy

🧾 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Effective 1st May 2025) At Mahanakorn Thai Cooking Class, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all guests and to cover the costs of preparation, we have the following policy: 1. Cancellation More than 24 hours before class: Full refund or free rescheduling. 6 hours before class: 50% refund or reschedule with a 200 THB fee per person. Less than 6 hours or no-show: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered with a handling fee of 350 THB per person (to cover costs such as fresh ingredients, transportation, and kitchen prep). 2. Rescheduling One-time rescheduling is allowed if notice is given more than 24 hours before class time. Rescheduling within 6 hours is subject to a 350 THB fee per person. Credits from rescheduled bookings must be used within 30 days. 3. Minimum Class Size If we do not meet the minimum number of participants, we may contact you to offer rescheduling or a full refund. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Classes start promptly. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss parts of the experience and refunds will not be issued.
