At Mahanakorn Thai Cooking Class, our kitchen is more than just a space for preparing delicious dishes — it’s a place where Bangkok’s culture and history come alive. On the right wall of our cooking classroom, a vibrant mural depicts the magnificent golden Buddha of Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen, one of Bangkok’s most striking landmarks.

The image is so iconic that we brought it into our kitchen through art, blending the spiritual beauty of Bangkok with the joy of Thai cooking.
When you join our class, you’ll notice the mural beside you as you chop fresh herbs or stir fragrant curries. It’s a reminder that Thai food and Thai culture are deeply connected — both crafted with care, tradition, and heart.
After your class, you might choose to visit Wat Pak Nam in person, walking beneath the serene gaze of the giant Buddha and exploring the temple’s stunning stupa and peaceful canalside surroundings.

Here at Mahanakorn Thai Cooking Class, we believe every dish tells a story — and our story is set right here, in the warm light of the Golden Buddha.
